Five words

Kyara is often soft (not hard), glutinous (chewy), cool (cooling on tongue), sweet (returning sweetness), spicy (numbing tingle). Its explosive, nose-piercing cool is its magic.

Extra caution

Precisely because it’s prized, "kyara" is loosely used; cheap "kyara" almost always has doubts. Judge by scent and legal source, ideally test. ID science.
