Third International Agarwood & Huanghuali Fair Scheduled for 21 November in Haikou

Scope and positioning

China News Service reports that the press conference for the Third "Tianxiang Guose" International Agarwood and Huanghuali Trade Fair was held in Haikou on 9 October 2026, with the exhibition set for 21–24 November at the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center. The 50,000-square-metre venue represents a scale and offering upgrade over the previous two editions. Co-organised by the China Collectors Association and Hainan Daily Press Group under the theme "Five Charms Shining Together, an Aromatic Chain Across the World", the fair builds on three core categories — agarwood, huanghuali rosewood and jiangzhenxiang — extending into related sectors including scholar's rocks, gems and jade, ceramics, tea, coffee and cultural creative goods, aiming to integrate trading, appraisal, industrial matchmaking and cultural experience.

Why Hainan

Hainan is both a significant producing region for agarwood in China and an active market for incense culture and consumption. Free Trade Port facilitation in customs clearance, bonded exhibition and cross-border settlement gives Haikou the conditions to act as a two-way node linking domestic producers with overseas commercial resources.
